Today I want to share a recipe for a very tasty, and most importantly, lean snack, which can be prepared not only for dinner today, but can even be put on a festive table. It looks attractive and quite dignified. It literally takes 10-15 minutes to cook, especially if you, like me, already have frozen chopped champignons in the freezer.
First, I prepare the onion. I cut one fairly large onion into quarters into rings and fry in vegetable oil until tender. Be sure to add salt and black pepper. Next, I remove the onion from the pan and immediately send the almost defrosted mushrooms into it.
I also immediately add salt and freshly ground pepper, a minute before cooking I add one teaspoon without a slide of dry garlic. The amount of garlic should be varied to suit your taste.
While the mushrooms are in the pan, I open a can of canned red beans, drain the liquid and rinse it under running water. It is said to help reduce bloating after eating beans.
Now there is little left to do: mix mushrooms, onions and beans in a salad bowl, add a little vegetable oil, herbs and you can serve. You can eat such an appetizer both warm and cold.
Ingredients:
1 can of canned red beans
150-200 grams of champignon mushrooms
1 large onion
Oil for frying, salt, pepper and herbs to taste
