Amazingly delicious baked pepper salad goes well with any meat dishes and side dishes. Even those who do not particularly like bell peppers will try it with pleasure.
The salad is bright and aromatic in summer. The baked pepper turns out to be tender, and in combination with tomato marinade, it is simply delicious!
Preparing such a salad is not at all difficult. Peppers for this salad can be baked in the oven or, if possible, on the grill. And for the dressing, it is best to use olive oil.

Ingredients:
- bell pepper - 800 g
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- vegetable oil -2 tbsp. l.
- salt - 1/2 tsp l.
- sugar - 1 tsp l.
- parsley
Step by step recipe
1. Put the pepper on a baking sheet and bake in the oven.
Oven hot to 200 degrees, bake pepper for about 20 minutes.
2. While the pepper is baking, make a salad dressing. We take tomatoes and rub them on a fine grater.
Squeeze the garlic into the grated tomatoes through a press, add salt and sugar and 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil.
We mix everything.
3. After a while, when the peppers are baked on one side, turn them over to the other side.
4. We take the finished peppers out of the oven and put them hot in a bag. Tie the bag tightly and leave for 20 minutes.
5. Peel the cooled peppers from the skin and seeds.
Cut the peeled peppers into strips.
6. Put the chopped peppers in the already prepared marinade. Mix the salad and put it on a plate, in which we will serve it on the table.
Top the salad with parsley leaves.
The salad turned out to be very tasty and healthy. It will be a great addition to meat dishes.
