And I want to start today with information about losing weight by counting calories.

It was calorie counting after many years of unsuccessful struggle with excess weight that helped me win:

I don’t remember how many times I talked about the benefits of a small calorie deficit and the dangers of prolonged underreporting of calorie intake.

In short, a small calorie deficit is:

  • lack of hunger, the ability to eat normally and slowly but surely slim down, acquiring new eating habits that will become the basis for your future weight maintenance and a new lifestyle,
  • no disruptions, since there is no hunger, no tasteless food, and you can add any tasty treat to your daily KBZHU.
  • balanced diet, not devoid of a huge amount of nutrients necessary for the body,
  • a sufficient amount of energy so as not to introduce the body into wild stress, on which it will begin to slow down all processes in order to survive. And what happens when the body goes into hibernation under stress - a lot has already been said. And the most important danger for those who want to lose weight as quickly as possible - the weight will rise even on your favorite 1000-1200 kcal and "from the smell of food" you will begin to gain weight. I'm not even talking about health problems.

It feels like I'm talking to a wall, an impenetrable wall.

And, in fact, there are a lot of such comments. If you do not care about your health and you think that the consequences of lowering the calorie intake will bypass you - your right. This is your life, but I, for my part, did everything to show and tell what low calorie intake can lead to.

I myself went through an underestimation of the calorie content of the diet and I know what I'm talking about. It took me a long time to get out and still rock my metabolism.

Sitting on a low calorie intake is the same tough diet, the only difference is that you know how many calories your food contains. If you tolerate this diet, you will lose weight - you will return to your normal diet, because it is unlikely that there will be a change in dietary habits in a short time. Rather, on the contrary, during the diet, you will only dream about what delicious treats you will eat when you lose weight.

Where will this all lead? Yes, as usual - to gaining excess weight again and to the next broken brick in the foundation of our health.

As for the BZHU. If the author, cited as an example, comments it is important to observe BJU and a balanced diet - it is worth think about the fact that with a huge calorie deficit, proteins, fats and carbohydrates will also enter the body with a huge deficit. After all, the calorie content of the diet consists of BZHU: in 1 gram of proteins and carbohydrates, 4 kcal, and in 1 g of fat, 9 kcal. And the lower the calorie content of the diet, the less essential nutrients and nutrients the body gets.

But as I like to say - the choice is yours.

Lazy khachapuri for breakfast today turned out to be 420 kcal - these are: 80 g of cottage cheese, 20 g of flour, 1 egg, 50 g of mozzarella.

For a snack, I quickly cut a salad from the remaining piece of baked chicken breast (130 g), cucumber and lettuce (100 g), which was seasoned with 40 g of sour cream 15%.

I also drank tea with lemon and a spoonful of sugar (5 g).

It turned out to be a snack for 255 kcal.

Today I have a cold, I don't want to do anything. I persuade myself to drink more tea with lemon, and without a spoonful of sugar I don't drink such tea at all. I'll try again with sahzam.

For lunch, I finished chicken broth (350 g) with 50 g of boiled noodles TSP - 240 kcal.

Today I had to cook dinner for everyone. Strength and desire were enough only for a casserole with potatoes and chicken breast, as well as a yogurt pie. The oven did most of the work for me. It is for saving my time that I love cooking in the oven.

While I was cooking, I ate 15 g of pine nuts - 100 kcal.

Dinner - potato casserole with chicken breast (300 g) and cucumber (100 g) - 365 kcal.

And in the evening, 3 hours before bedtime, I ate a yogurt pie (200 g) with tea - 210 kcal.

This time I put a lot of pears in a yoghurt pie and regretted it. A large amount of pear added a lot of moisture to the dough and it turned out not quite a soufflé, but closer to the casserole. Tasty, but the consistency is not the same. As they say - to the housewives on a note.

The result of my day is 1595 kcal. B - 140, F - 63, U - 106.
