"Drink, children, flaxseed milk and health will be added." Making flaxseed milk! Well, and it contains Omega 3 as much as you need, so take it! ;) (got rhymes!)
Such vegetable milk will certainly add to our health! Flaxseed milk is much milder than flaxseed oil, because to get a tablespoon of flaxseed oil, you need to squeeze out a fairly large amount of seeds. And the use of pure oils is a blow to the liver... (for example, in a tablespoon of corn oil there are 17 pieces of "corn". Can we eat so much in one sitting !?)
In nature, the use of seeds is conceived without oil presses, i.e. whole with fiber. Therefore, in order to get healthy oils, we try to eat whole seeds or in the form of a smoothie, diluted with liquids, mixed with nuts, green and berry fiber, etc.
Ingredients:
1. Flaxseed - a handful
2. Water - 2 glasses
Preparation
In the evening, we soaked the flaxseed (dark brown or yellowish is not important) in water at room temperature, so that the flax "woke up".
In the morning they rinsed the seeds, poured the slippery seed into a blender container, and added a couple of glasses of warm water.
Whipped for about a minute, let it stand for about five minutes. Beat it up once more for about 30 seconds, strain it through a strainer and the flaxseed milk is ready (you can drink it during the day as long as all the healthy oils are fresh in it). Have a great day, friends!
