Thanks to calorie counting, I managed to do something that I had never even dreamed of - to gain harmony.

Initially, my goal was to lose at least a little weight, so that it would become a little easier to live, so as not to suffocate, going up to the second floor, so that the heart would not jump out from the slightest activity, so as not to sweat without even having time to dress before leaving the house, so as not to want to sit down and stretch out tired legs after 10 minutes walk. Surely, many of you who are quite overweight have faced similar problems.

But due to the fact that with the calculation of calories, the weight went away easily, and I ate deliciously, did not starve and I was comfortable and did not want to break loose and give up everything - my requests grew, and the goal "to lose weight at least up to 100 kg" turned into a goal - to lose weight up to 90 kg, then up to 80 kg. And in the end, I decided to slim down until the reflection in the mirror starts to please me 100%.

My diet has changed and it has become a new way of life for me, which I like and I am not going to get out of the way.

And it wasn't just me that calorie counting helped me change my eating habits, change my diet, lose weight, and successfully maintain weight. Many of my readers have already achieved the desired results and are enjoying life!

I had breakfast with scrambled eggs from two eggs, a sandwich on whole grain bread (20 g) with curd cheese (30 g) and lightly salted fish (45 g) and added 110 g of cucumber for freshness.

Breakfast for 450 kcal turned out.

After a short walk on business, I had a bite at home 100 g of oatmeal cookies with tea, which I made last night.

My snack turned out to be 235 kcal

I dined on potatoes stewed with chicken breast in advance for several days.

400 g (weight with broth) stewed potatoes and 50 g pickled cucumbers - 330 kcal.

Today they asked for pickled cucumbers on my plate and I could not resist - it was delicious.

After lunch, I marinated chicken drumsticks in tomato sauce with soy sauce, added a little salt, black pepper, garlic and marjoram and went to work. In the evening I sent the drumsticks to the oven, cooked pasta for garnish, cut a salad and a delicious dinner is ready. And the minimum of my time was spent.

Early dinner - 105 g (boneless meat) of baked chicken drumstick, 100 g of hard boiled pasta varieties of wheat and vegetable salad (150 g total weight of salad), seasoned with fragrant sunflower malt (3 d).

Dinner went out on 415 kcal.

And 3 hours before bedtime, I drank green tea with 50 g of cheese - 190 kcal. Only I accidentally deleted the photo, so today the cheese will not be the star of the screen.

Not that I would really want to eat very much in the evening, but I understand that I need to pull myself out of a calorie deficit. In addition to calories, proteins and fats got cheese.

The calorie content of the day was 1620 kcal. B - 118, F - 71, U - 124.

As you can see, there is nothing special in my diet, simple and fairly affordable food that is suitable for the whole family.

Basic principles:

  • cook less high-calorie (minimum oil when cooking, choose less high-calorie foods, prepare PP baked goods yourself) and do not go over your norm if you maintain weight and adhere to a 15% deficit from the norm, if getting slimmer
  • eliminate if possible fast carbohydrates and replace them with slow ones,
  • balance the diet so that it contains all the necessary nutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates).
  • drink enough water
  • do not starve, food should be tasty and comfortable for you (and after 18 hours you can also eat, the main thing is the last meal 2-3 hours before bedtime).

Life and circumstances do not change us. We change ourselves! Our reaction to various circumstances in life, our actions, thoughts, emotions change us. We ourselves are the creators of our lives.

If you can change your diet a little, eliminating from it a huge amount of convenience foods, fast carbohydrates and food junk (fast food, soda, chips, etc.), you will find a mode that is comfortable for you - you will not only build, but also successfully maintain weight, and the body will only tell you Thank you.
