Now every day we intensively make fruit drinks, compotes and cocktails from frozen fruits and berries (who wants to throw out fruits, berries, etc. from the freezer) better bring us, we love them!)
Ingredients:
1. Kalina - 3-5 bunches
2. Currant - a handful
3. Honey - 2 tablespoons
4. Water - 1 liter
(can be made from other berries and fruits, which are)
Preparation
We got the berries and placed them in a blender container (15 minutes after defrosting, they lose some of their useful properties), added honey, and added warm water.
Beat up for about a minute, strain through a strainer with large holes from viburnum seeds and the most useful vitamin cocktail is ready.
We drink in small sips and get all the vitamins (after drinking acidic drinks, do not forget to rinse the mouth, because berry acids are not useful for tooth enamel).
