Mushrooms with green beans is a simple, light and at the same time satisfying dish. In addition to being easy and quick to prepare, it is also delicious.

Only 3 ingredients, but it turns out awesomely delicious! Preparing such a dish is not difficult at all and you will not spend a lot of time, no more than half an hour.

Ingredients:
- champignons - 500 g
- blanched green beans - 400 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil - for frying
Step by step recipe
1. Wash 500 g of mushrooms and cut into slices. Ideally, you need to take the smallest mushrooms, which are enough to cut in half.
Cut 1 onion into half rings.
2. Pour some vegetable oil into a preheated pan and put chopped onions.
Fry the onion until golden brown. Remove the finished onion from the pan.
3. Put the pan on the fire again and put the prepared mushrooms. There is no need to add oil. Fry the mushrooms over the highest heat until all the liquid has evaporated.
After the liquid has evaporated, pour a little vegetable oil into the pan. Fry the mushrooms until golden brown barrels.
4. Add 400 g of blanched frozen green beans to the ready-made mushrooms. We mix everything. Fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes, during which time the beans will defrost and the flavors will combine.
5. Add the sautéed onions to the pan. Salt everything to taste and pepper.
6. Stir and cook over low heat for another 2-3 minutes.
The dish is ready to serve.
