As it was with Goethe: Having passed half my earthly life, I found myself in a gloomy forest. Approximately so, having reached half of the earthly path (approximately), I almost said goodbye to this world, but, apparently, it is too early. And now I hasten, albeit belatedly, to congratulate everyone on the past and wish you good and various blessings! With this - a light salad, for a late evening meal. Very gentle. It suits both, from a bowl on plates, and as a filling in tartlets.
Ingredients: crab sticks, large pink tomato, hard cheese, hard-boiled chicken eggs, garlic, dill, lettuce, other greens - optional, any white dressing sauce
Cooking method:
Grate eggs, crab sticks, cheese on a coarse grater.
Grate the garlic too, but finely. Greens will be better chopped finely. And cut the tomato too, as finely as possible.
Combine everything, season with any sauce you wish. It's creamy and garlicky. To use salt and pepper or not depends on the saltiness of the sauce and desire, of course. Let the salad cool slightly before serving.
