Not so long ago I found a new way to serve stuffed pancakes. They turn out neat, tasty and you can cook it with any fillings.

I always have the same recipe for pancakes that my mother taught me at school. Pancakes always turn out delicious and are ideal for both sweet and savory fillings.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 3 pcs
  • Milk 1 glass
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Hot water 1 glass
  • Butter 2-3 tablespoons
  • Sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • a pinch of salt

This time, for the filling, I use homemade cottage cheese, which I mix with cheese grated on a fine grater. Be sure to add green onions for piquancy, cut it very finely first into rings, and then cut it with a knife.

This way, the filling will be easier to distribute over the pancake and the onion will have time to cook.

Don't forget to add salt and possibly pepper. I know that sometimes garlic and ground paprika are added to such a filling.

Before you start stuffing the pancake, it must be cut into two parts. Put a little stuffing on half of the pancake and fold it as shown in the photo below:

Next, the stuffed pancakes need to be fried in a small amount of vegetable oil for 1 minute on each side. You can use the same frying pan in which pancakes were fried.

Serve hot and with sour cream. But even when cooled, these pancakes are also good, in addition, it is always fashionable to warm them up in the microwave or in a pan.

It is convenient to take with you to work for a snack, and for breakfast on a day off, such pancakes will please the whole family.

Filling Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese 200 grams
  • Cheese 100 grams
  • Green onions 2-3 feathers
  • Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
