Honestly, I tried different recipes, but somehow I didn't have time for the photo and the recipes didn't really catch on, so to speak.

And this one!!! In general, yesterday we cooked this dish twice and everything flew away in a matter of minutes! You can swallow your tongue, honestly.

And the simplicity of preparation is gorgeous.

What is required?

* camembert cheese (I had a package of 150 gr)
* loaf / baguette / bread (any) 100-200 gr
* vegetable / olive oil - 80-100 ml
* garlic - 1-2 cloves
* pepper / salt (or spices of your choice)
* dill - 2-3 branches

Cooking the garlic oil: crush the garlic into the oil, add lightly salt, pepper, add chopped dill. We cut the bread product into convenient pieces (so that oppa and immediately into the mouth later). Cut part of the garlic into slices.

We take the cheese out of the package, make notches, as shown in the photo. We randomly shove garlic cloves into the notches.

Then put the stuffed cheese in a greased form, put sliced ​​bread / loaf / baguette around

Grease the cheese and bread slices with garlic-dill oil. You can also sprinkle with pepper or some herbs.

We bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.

During this time, the bread becomes croutons, the cheese melts and asks for a mouthful!
