Here is delicious and satisfying weight loss. We don't eat grass to lose weight. We eat tasty, satisfying and balanced. While someone does not believe and doubts that you can lose weight by eating this way, we are moving towards our goal.

Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I switched to aboutproper nutrition and calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
I have currently managed to get rid of58kg.

I will not torment you with theory today. Who cares, I will leave at the end a reference to the main points for beginners to lose weight.

Let me just remind you that you don't need to underestimate your calorie intake, you don't need to underestimate fats and give up carbohydrates. We need proteins, fats, and carbohydrates - the main thing is their balance and only 15% of the calorie deficit. And we are losing weight deliciously and satisfyingly and enjoy life.

I'll go to the menu.

My breakfast today consisted of two boiled eggs and 85 g of oat-banana cake with apples. Green tea with jasmine and muffin is the perfect combination. And oatmeal in a muffin is not a hindrance to me, it's a dessert, but I don't like porridge.

Breakfast came out on 350 kcal.

The first half of the day on Sunday passed somehow imperceptibly. I don't even remember what I was doing. Some small household chores, she baked a curd cake with dried cranberries with her own - perfect not PPsh and not low-calorie, but very tasty and aromatic - everyone loves it. And I love him, but I didn't even taste a bite from him today.

Boot day I had yesterday, ate, even a little drunk (do not think what, everything is modest). Therefore, today, no sweet delicious cupcakes - just about PP and a calorie deficit.

For a snack I had an apple (130 g) and 30 g of peanuts.

The snack came out on 235 kcal

I baked chicken and potatoes for lunch. I love to bake a whole chicken - quick and easy. This time, I rubbed the chicken with salt, black pepper, hops-suneli, dry garlic and sour cream.

Recently, I began to rub the chicken or, as always, the skin, and under the skin, the result pleases me and my family. The chicken itself is soaked in spices much better and tastes better. And the spices do not burn on the crust. And why haven't I done this before?

Who has not tried this method - I highly recommend it, you may also like it.

And cut the potatoes in half, pepper, salt and sprinkle with dry garlic. I spread it around the chicken and baked everything at the same time for about 45 minutes at 200 degrees. The chicken was small and 45 minutes was enough for me.

I got lunch - 180 g of chicken breast baked in the oven (without skin), 170 g of baked potatoes and 100 g of cherry tomatoes.

Total lunch - 415 kcal.

After such a hearty lunch, you must take a walk!

The weather is excellent here, even snow fell again.

See what is happening with nature. In our forest, strawberries and blueberries turn green from under the snow, will there really be no berries in the summer? Or is it normal?

Back home it was time to cook dinner.

For myself for dinner, I prepared a salad according to the subscriber's recipe with chicken breast, apple, herbs and nuts. It turned out to be a wonderful salad!

130 g salad for dinner 160 kcal.

And with tea I ate 40 g of dates - 120 kcal.

In total, today I got 1280 kcal.

I drink water actively. Every day on an empty stomach, I drink a glass of water and then, without fail, I drink a glass of water before each meal. And then, during the day at will. I try every time I go into the kitchen or see a glass of water - to drink.

And do not forget about physical education at home (fitness tape, plank, abdominal exercises, swings - everything that can be done at home. Sometimes you can even jump).

And today I want to share with you the following information. We share our experience here and not always just about losing weight.

I have been looking for a convenient paper towel holder for a long time. I went through all the household chores that I came across - I did not find what I needed.

And so I decided to look for him on Ali from the Chinese. And I found just what I needed. I ordered it on Black Friday and waited a long, long time. And then I received a letter in the mail that the deadline was over and I, allegedly, received the package. Although there is no parcel. Can you imagine how upset I was?

I opened a dispute with Ali, writing that I had not received my order. They checked the information and returned my money!

And the other day my package arrived, which just walked for a very long time in our country! And now I am the owner of the holder of my dreams and money))) The holder seemed convenient to me, I want to share it with you - it can be arranged in two versions. I hung over the sink - 1 photo.

Who else was also lucky? And the Chinese returned the money and, as a result, the package arrived? It turns out there is a tricky system and Ali himself does not transfer money to sellers until there is confirmation of receipt from the buyer. And there is a warranty period - during which the parcel must arrive. Deadline - passed and believe that the package has arrived. If, as I did not receive, open a dispute and return the money. Maybe someone will need information. I know that many people are afraid to order online. But I have been using Aliexpress for a long time and just order many things via the Internet.
