✨ This simple dessert can be a substitute for whipped cream on a cake or brownies. But it is also delicious to eat just like that - with a spoon, like a dessert.

✨You can serve it to children on the festive table by spreading it out in beautiful bowls. But I am sure that adults will be delighted with him! 🥰

📕To prepare 3-4 servings you will need: 🥙

Apples - 500 g
Gelatin - 5-6 g
Water - 50 ml
Sugar - 1-2 tbsp. l. (taste)
Vanillin or lemon / orange zest to taste

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

We take 4-5 small apples. Their total weight should be a little more than 500 grams, because we will peel them from the core and rind. We wash apples well.

We remove the peel with a knife or peeler, cut each apple into 4 parts, remove the seeds. We put everything in a glass form with high sides and send it to the microwave for 4-5 minutes at a power of 900-1000 W. The exact cooking time depends on the power of your microwave oven and the variety of apples. If the slices are still hard after the beep, they will need to be baked. You can also use the oven to bake apples. Cooking temperature - 180 degrees, duration - 15-20 minutes.

In the meantime, while the apples are baking, fill the gelatin with water and set it aside for now - let it swell.

If too much juice is released when baking the apples, it is better to drain it, otherwise the dessert will not thicken well.

Add sugar and vanillin or grated citrus zest to soft apples.

Punch with an immersion blender or wipe through a metal sieve. You should end up with a thick applesauce. Cool it down to room temperature.

Meanwhile, the gelatin has absorbed all the water. Now it needs to be heated to about 70 degrees and brought to homogeneity. But remember that you cannot boil gelatin - it will lose its properties!

Now take a regular hand mixer and start whisking the applesauce. After a few minutes, when it becomes airy, add the gelatin and beat everything together at maximum speed for another 6-10 minutes. As a result, you will have a light, fluffy, light mass, somewhat similar in appearance to whipped cream.

And the taste of the dessert is fresh, sweet and sour, not at all cloying and very fragrant. Both children and adults will eat it with pleasure.
