Bringing to your attention a selection of dessert recipes that are included in my lean diet.
Yoghurt soufflé pie with pear. The very tenderness!
🍒Ingredients:
- natural yoghurt from jars (3 pcs) - 390 g net weight of yoghurt,
- corn starch - 50 g,
- sweetener: 6-7 sachets (1 sachet equals 5 g sugar),
- 3 chicken eggs 60 g each,
- a pinch of vanilla, a pinch of salt,
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- pear - 150 g (pure weight).
Cooking. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites until strong peaks. Mix all ingredients except proteins. Add well-beaten whites at the very end and mix gently. Put a pear cut into wedges on the bottom of the baking dish and fill it with dough. In an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Do not open the oven.
KBZHU: K - 120, B - 6, F - 4.9, U - 12.7.
Delicate semolina muffins!
✅Ingredients:
- 250 g milk 1.5%,
- 40 g of durum semolina (semolina),
- 5-6 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet (1 g) equals 5 g sugar),
- 1 chicken egg
- a pinch of salt, a pinch of vanillin and 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder.
- 15 g butter.
Cooking. Cook semolina porridge in milk with vanillin, a pinch of salt and butter. Beat the egg with sahzam until foamy. Combine semolina porridge with egg and beat well. Place in muffin tins and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
K - 190, B - 7, F - 10.2, U - 17.2.
Curd cheesecakes with berries on crispy dough!
🍒Ingredients:
- 150 g cottage cheese 9%,
- 1 chicken egg
- 60 g whole grain rice flour and 40 g oat flour,
- 4 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet = 5 g of sugar),
- a pinch of vanillin, a pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
For filling:
- 150 g of cottage cheese,
- 100 g of natural yoghurt,
- 4 sachets of sweetener,
- 70 g frozen raspberries.
Preparation. We mix all the ingredients for the dough and with our hands moistened with water, form the cheesecakes and send them to the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. We mix the ingredients for the filling, add the berries at the very end so as not to break them. We spread the filling on the cheesecakes and send it to the oven again for 10 minutes.
K - 217, B - 13.9, F - 7.7, U - 22.4.
Perfect cheesecakes!
🍒Ingredients:
- 370 g of cottage cheese 5% (the drier the cottage cheese, the better),
- 1 chicken egg
- 50 g of rice whole grain flour in the dough and about 10 g of flour, it took me to get dusty when forming cheesecakes,
- a pinch of salt, a pinch of vanillin, 4-5 sachets of sweetener (if you use sugar, then 1 sachet of sahzam is equal to 5 g),
- 1 g olive oil for frying.
Preparation. We mix all the ingredients, form the cheese cakes with a wide knife and fry in a drop of oil on both sides.
K - 197, B - 15.8, F - 9.2, U - 12.5.
Fragrant, spicy carrot biscuits.
🥕Ingredients:
- soft cottage cheese - 60 g,
- 1 chicken egg
- 1 small carrot - 100 g
- 150 g flour (I have 100 g whole grain rice flour and 50 g oat flour),
- 20 g of any butter (butter, vegetable. I have coconut oil),
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 g bag of vanillin, a pinch of nutmeg,
- zest of 1 orange,
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 5-6 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g sugar).
Cooking. Rub the carrots on a fine grater. We mix all the ingredients except flour and baking powder. Add them at the last moment and knead the dough well. We form cookies and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
K - 356, B - 11.28, F - 13, U - 47.8.
French Apple Pie - Lots of apples and little flour!
🍏Ingredients:
- 500 g of apples (the weight already in its pure form is about 7 small apples),
- 100 g milk 2.5%,
- 2 chicken eggs
- 20 g butter
- 80 g whole grain rice flour
- a bag of vanillin 1g,
- 8-9 sachets of sweetener, if your apples are sour (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g of sugar),
- 1 level teaspoon baking powder, a pinch of salt.
Cooking. We mix all the ingredients except the apples. Melt the butter in advance. Cut the apples into thin slices and mix with the dough. Pour the dough into a baking dish and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool in the form and take out.
K - 141, B - 4.2, F - 5.5, U - 17.5.
Thin oatmeal cookies.
🍪Ingredients:
- 130 g of long-boiled oatmeal (monastic hercules),
- cottage cheese 5% - 200 g (I have loose cottage cheese, not in briquettes (not dry and not very wet)),
- 1 chicken egg
- 1 banana - 95 g (neat weight),
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 5 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g sugar),
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Cooking. Grind the oatmeal with a blender, mix all the ingredients, spoon the dough on a silicone mat and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
K - 297, B - 19.7, F - 8.1, U - 37.4.
Delicate carrot cake!
🥕Ingredients:
- 3 medium carrots - 290 g
- whole grain rice flour - 100 g,
- 3 chicken eggs
- date syrup - 20 g (you can take 20 g of dates),
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet s / h = 1 g = 5 g sugar).
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- a bag of vanilla - 1 g.
For the cream you will need:
- a jar of cream cheese (I have a Hochland) - 140 g,
- 100 g soft cottage cheese or yogurt,
- 5 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet s / h = 1 g = 5 g sugar),
- 1 g vanillin.
Preparation. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites. Mix all the ingredients for the dough + finely grated carrots and add the whipped egg whites at the last moment. Stir gently, pour into a baking dish and bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool the cake and cut into 2-3 pieces. Mix all the ingredients for the cream. Brush the measles with cream and garnish with date syrup and nuts as desired.
