Not so long ago I came across an interesting recipe for cutlets, remade it "for myself" and it turned out so tasty that my husband asked me to cook more of them next time. He liked them so much. Cutlets
are brought to readiness in the oven along with a very tasty sauce. So I can't keep the recipe a secret, I have to share it.
Any mince can be used for these cutlets, this time I have chicken combined with pork, 350 grams. To this I add one medium-sized onion and a small carrot, chopped in a blender. I add to the minced meat and mix well, do not forget about salt and spices.
I form cutlets and lightly fry them in vegetable oil. They do not need to be fried until tender, because they will reach in the oven with the sauce.
Next, I transfer the fried to a light crust into a container in which I will send them to the oven and start making the sauce.
For the sauce, I soaked in advance overnight, and then boiled white beans. The water in which it was boiled does not need to be poured out, it will be useful to us. And I send the beans to the cutlets, let them wait in the wings.
I chop a large onion not very finely and send it to fry in the same pan where I fried the cutlets. I bring it to readiness, be sure to salt and add dry paprika. I literally add half a glass of bean water, heat it up and then send it to the beans and cutlets.
The sauce should cover the cutlets completely. At this point, the oven should already be preheated 200 degrees. The form with cutlets must be covered with a lid and sent to bake for 20-30 minutes.
It is very tasty to serve such cutlets with fresh vegetable salad.
Ingredients:
- 350 grams of any minced meat
- 1 small onion minced
- 1 large sauce onion
- 1 carrot
- 100 grams of dry beans
- salt, spices to taste
