How to cook
My fish, I remove all unnecessary and disassemble into fillets. I cut the fillet into convenient pieces.
Coarsely chop onions, carrots and bell peppers. Exactly large! It tastes better this way!
First, fry the onions in a pan (in vegetable oil), then add carrots and peppers to the pan. Over high heat, stirring constantly, fry vegetables for another 3-4 minutes.
Then I add black pepper, salt and bay leaf. I also put pieces of fish in the pan. I don't reduce the fire! I cook fish and vegetables for another 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
It turns out incredibly tasty! Very aromatic! And most importantly - quickly! I highly recommend it! So you can cook not only pollock. Fillet of any fish turns out to be very tasty!
• Pollock fillet - 500 g
• Onions - 2 pcs.
