Today I want to share a recipe for delicate cream cheese for sandwiches, anyone can handle it, even those who make homemade cream cheese for the first time!

Recipe:

Milk, fat content 2.5% - 1l.

Kefir 1% - 0.5l.

Chicken egg - 1pc.

Citric acid - 1/3 tsp

salt - 1 tsp

COOKING METHOD

Pour milk into a saucepan and put on fire

how the milk heats up add salt

as the milk boils, add kefir

stir until the whey separates

recline in a colander

beat the egg with citric acid

to persistent peaks

now add the cooled mass of milk and kefir to the beaten egg

punch with a blender until smooth
