Where can we go without them? 😀 I cook such pancakes more often than others in the summer. The recipe is the most common. I think that's how everyone cooks them. You can add cottage cheese, mushrooms, herbs or minced chicken to this recipe. But I usually don't use all of these additives. We like the classic recipe better.
I rub the zucchini on a coarse grater. If they are young, I don't even peel the skin. I rub onions on a fine grater.
Now I add eggs, flour and black pepper here. I stir it.
I heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan. And only now I add salt to the dough. Mix everything again and spread the dough with a spoon in the pan.
Fry on both sides over low heat until slightly golden brown.
Spread it on a paper towel to remove excess oil. I serve pancakes with sour cream sauce or just sour cream))
