Greetings to all on my channel for losing weight.

Here I share my weight loss experience, tell how is my weight loss process at the moment.

I also share my retseptik, each of which has been tested by me and my family.

I must confess that today's recipe I did not plan to publish because it is so simple, it is unlikely that someone will be interested. But the habit set to shoot video.

But then I thought, that it is in the simplicity and delicious final result is the most important thing is that we women should be in the recipe.

Interesting taste and a minimum amount of time spent at the stove - what could be better?

Therefore, get acquainted with the dish - the turkey in sauce curry.

✅Nam will need a minimum of products:

  • turkey - I have a piece of breast fillets 500 g
  • One medium onion - '75
  • 1 clove of garlic - 10 g
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream 10% - about '40
  • salt to taste,
  • overlay curry - 1/2 tsp.
  • 5 g of olive oil.

The first thing we prepare food as always - clean and wash.

Cut the turkey into small pieces.

Onions and garlic finely chop.

And go to the plate.

I always use non-stick pans, surely they have already each family, especially those who follow the diet and uses a small amount of oil.

Pour into pan a teaspoon of olive oil - about 5 g of fried onion and garlic. Add a little water to do not burn.

By fried onions and garlic add the turkey and simmer, but without a lid for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then season with salt to taste and add spices - curry.

Following the pan send a tablespoon of sour cream.

Mix well, cover with a lid and simmer for 7-10 minutes.

At the end sprinkle with parsley or any other favorite herbs, turn off the heat and give the brew for a few minutes.

The dish is ready! It is perfect for a boiled buckwheat, bulgur or pasta from durum wheat.
