Preparation.
The first step is to clean and my all products.

Mushrooms (I have collected this summer and frozen mushrooms, mushrooms can be used) - finely chopped.
Onions and carrots passiruem non-stick frying pan, to add the water does not stick. When the onions and carrots are almost ready to put off half into a separate bowl. Then in a frying pan to the remaining half of the onions and carrots send mushrooms - salt and pepper. Bring to readiness.
Chinese cabbage leaves and disassemble the ship leaves in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. You can simply pour boiling water.
