✅👌What is most often served with tea, of course, pastries, and even more often just cookies! This type of confectionery can be bought in almost all grocery stores. But none of them compare to freshly baked homemade cookies.

And in fact, there are a lot of recipes for making homemade cookies, and each time there are some new options.

Today I want to offer you to bake very tasty, easy-to-prepare and spring-like beautiful cookies - in the form of graceful tulips. It is prepared from the simplest shortcrust pastry with filling, it turns out ruddy and incredibly tender.

You can take whatever filling you want - with only one condition, it must be thick. Otherwise, it will simply flow out of the cookie, and it will turn out to be sloppy.

📕Ingredients for making cookies: 🥙

For the test:
Flour - 320-350 g
Butter - 110 g
Sugar - 40 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Salt - a pinch
Vanillin - a pinch
Turmeric - 0.5 tsp l. (optional)
Sour cream - 130 g
Egg yolk - 1 pc.
For filling:
Cottage cheese - 180 g
Sugar - 2-3 tbsp. l. (taste)
Vanillin - a pinch
Sour cream - 1-2 tbsp. l. (of necessity)
Coconut flakes - 1-2 tbsp. l.

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

First of all, pour all the loose components for making the dough into a deep bowl: flour (be sure to sift it!), Sugar, salt, vanillin, baking powder and turmeric. You do not need to put turmeric, this is only optional, this spice simply gives a brighter color to baked goods.

Mix everything and add well-chilled butter, cut into pieces. Before adding it, it is better to hold it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. By the way, you can use margarine instead of butter.

We quickly rub everything with our hands to a state of small crumbs.

Now add sour cream (I had 20%) and yolk. We don't need protein, you can use it at your discretion.

Knead a soft, non-sticky dough. We put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

There will just be enough time to prepare the filling. This time I made cookies with curd-coconut mass, but you can take any other Thick filling at your discretion - jam, chopped dried fruits, poppy seed confiture, boiled condensed milk, etc. So, we mix cottage cheese with sugar, sour cream (add only if the curd is dry) and vanilla.

Mix everything with a fork and add the coconut flakes.

Stir the filling again and set aside while the dough cools.

We take out the rested dough from the refrigerator, divide into 15-16 pieces, weighing about 40 g each. We take 1 piece, form a ball out of it, then roll it out with a rolling pin into a circle about 3-4 mm thick.

We make an incision from the middle of the center of the circle to its edge.

Place a small amount of the filling next to the incision.

Cover the filling with the edge of the dough and pinch the edges with your fingers, as if sealing the filling inside.

We wrap the remaining dough around the filling, with twisting movements - we get a cookie that looks like an unblown tulip bud.

Transfer the formed cookies to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. And we send to bake in the oven ...

And such cookies are baked for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

We take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool slightly. And then you can serve it with aromatic tea or coffee. Sprinkle icing sugar on baked goods before serving. It turns out very tasty - crumbly dough and the most delicate filling inside. Cook, taste, enjoy your tea! 🍽
