Mushroom soups are always so delicious that nothing else is needed in them. And if everything is done correctly, then the soup is quite satisfying for itself, even lean.
Here's the simplest, most basic mushroom soup recipe.
Ingredients:
mushrooms
potatoes
onion
carrot
dill
salt, pepper, bay leaf
vegetable oil
wheat bread
How to cook:
1. Chop the onion and carrot. You can use straws, you can use a small cube. Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil.
2. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and cover with water. Put on fire and boil until tender.
3. Prepare fresh or dry mushrooms in advance. Dry be sure to soak, and when they swell, remove from the liquid and chop.
4. Place the mushrooms in boiling potato broth, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
5. Cut the bread into cubes and dry in a dry hot frying pan.
6. Season the soup with salt, pepper and bay leaves. Add frying, boil for 1 minute and remove from heat. Insist for 20 minutes.
7. Serve with herbs and crackers in portions on each plate.
Important! For satiety, you can add vermicelli, pasta stars or letters, rice, millet or even barley to this dish.
