I repeat all the time that we need only a 15% deficit of our daily calorie intake to start losing weight. Hunger is not our help if we want to get the result and keep it.

Nutritionists from one of the academies of dietetics offer the following methods to boost metabolism:

  • walking a lot, which will keep the muscles in good shape and will start the acceleration of metabolism at the cellular level.
  • do not forget about the right breakfast, which will start the whole system and help control appetite throughout the day.

Today, thanks to the sun, I got up early and got confused with breakfast. I made a cheese cake with green onions, poured myself a coffee with milk and syrup and leisurely enjoyed a delicious breakfast at 405 kcal.

For the cheese cake, I used: 40 g yogurt, 1 chicken egg, 20 g whole grain rice flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder, 35 g cheese, and 20 g green onions.

I added 60 g of milk 2.5% and 15 g of syrup to the coffee.

The snack turned out to be 250 kcal.

I had lunch with chicken broth (150 g) with 50 g of boiled durum wheat vermicelli and a slice of bread (25 g).

The calorie content of lunch was 305 kcal.

Soup is a great option, in my opinion, to lighten the diet, since it is almost always low in calories, and a large portion of it fills the stomach, signaling satiety. And how good it is after the hot soup!

I know that there are mixed opinions about soups, since most of the fat contained in meat goes into the broth and, accordingly, we eat it. As well as various substances that are fed to poultry in production.

We, as always, go from one extreme to another: someone thinks that it is absolutely impossible to do without soups, and someone is ready to declare soups to be the culprit of all troubles.

But if you are afraid to saturate the broth with fat and various substances, you can boil the meat in a separate saucepan and just add it to the vegetable broth, thereby saturating the soup with proteins and making it more hearty.

I was not quite ready for dinner, I thought I had "something to eat" πŸ˜‚, but it turned out that everything I have will bring me not so many calories. And I remembered that Tatyan's anger awaited me, who in an open text told me to step over the psychological barrier and go over 1600 kcal.

Dined 100 g of durum wheat pasta, 150 g of turkey drumstick left over from yesterday and 100 g of vegetable salad.

Dinner is higher on 455 kcal.

I do not forget about my water intake, skin care and at least physical education at home.

In order to maintain the result that you have achieved or will achieve with the help of counting KBZHU, you must remember that there can be no return to the previous way of life, to the old diet. Agree, it is foolish to hope that the food on which you have been recovering for a long time will help you maintain the result.

And why cross out all your efforts if you managed to bring yourself back to normal. Surely during the control of food using the calculation of KBZHU you:

  • learned to drink water and observe a drinking regime,
  • balanced nutrition and felt how the body gratefully responds to you,
  • refused extremely junk food and if you allow yourself something, then very rarely and in moderation,
  • accustomed not to eat before bedtime and are not afraid to eat after 18 hours, knowing that the last meal is 2-3 hours before bedtime,
  • learned to cook new dishes, less nutritious, healthy, but no less tasty.
