It turns out that you can not waste time on the formation of cookies, but simply make one giant cookie. It will be both quick and tasty, and children will be delighted with such cookies.

I think that such a cookie can be made from almost any dough, the main thing is to decorate it in an interesting way. I made it with soft butter. Grind the butter along with the sugar, adding two eggs one at a time. When the eggs, sugar and butter are smooth, you can add flour and baking powder.

To make the taste of the cookies richer and more interesting, one egg can be replaced with chocolate or nut butter. It will add zest and additional notes to the taste. The dough should be soft and sticky to the shoulder blade.

As a "taste", I added a little chocolate before breaking it into small pieces. Spread the dough on baking paper. Sprinkle some chopped salted peanuts on top of the dough.

To make the liver more or less round, on baking paper you need to draw a circle with a pencil using a plate or a lid of the required diameter. This will make it much easier to distribute and level.

Instead of chocolate and nuts, you can use any dried fruit, coconut, white chocolate, or seeds.

Such cookies are baked at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

When the cookies have cooled slightly, they can be cut into small squares or triangles and served.

  • Flour 280-300 grams
  • Sugar 100 grams
  • Chocolate, nuts, dried fruits
  • Baking powder 1 tsp a spoon
  • A pinch of salt
