Today I want to share a recipe for roast "coachman". This is the same recipe that they say, the simpler, the tastier. An excellent dish for everyday lunch or dinner: soft aromatic potatoes and stewed liver with cream.

Recipe:
beef liver -800g
potatoes -1kg
onion -1-2pcs
salt -1 tsp
black pepper - to taste
cream 20% - 500ml (or sour cream)
vegetable oil - for frying
COOKING METHOD
Prepare the vegetables, peel the potatoes and onions, cut the 1 kg potatoes into adjacent cubes, cut the onion into cubes.
We take the beef liver from me 800 grams, remove the film, cut off all unnecessary things, so that it is easier to remove the film, you can pour boiling water over it. I do not defrost until the end, so it is more convenient to cut. The mode as you like, I cut it coarsely, everything can be smaller at your discretion.
Now we take a frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil, put the liver and fry on both sides, for about 15 seconds on each side, we do this in order to seal the juices. So fry the whole liver.
Fry the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil until transparent.
We take a gosyatnik from me with a volume of 5.5 liters, a brand of kukmar.
put the fried liver on the bottom, put the fried onions on top, salt, pepper, now put the potatoes, now add some salt to the potatoes and pepper. Now fill in cream with a fat content of at least 20% 500 ml. It can be replaced with sour cream, but then it must be diluted with a small amount of water so that it is not thick.
Close the lid and put in the oven to prepare. Cooking at 200 degrees 1 hour 20-30 minutes, be guided by your oven.
Remove the finished roast from the oven, sprinkle with herbs, mix and serve with pickled cucumbers or sauerkraut.
It turns out very tasty, and it's not a shame to put this on a festive dinner.
