Ingredients:
- boiled eggs
- patterned paper napkins
- egg white
- vegetable oil
Step by step recipe
1. To decorate the eggs using the decoupage method, you will need white boiled eggs and decorative napkins with drawings.
We divide each napkin and leave only the upper part with the pattern.
2. We carefully tear out the fragment of the picture we like with our hands, you can also cut it out with scissors, but the torn edges are more harmoniously connected to each other. Napkins with a small pattern are best suited for decoupage eggs.
3. On eggs, both flower patterns and various ornaments look beautiful.
4. After preparing the drawings, take the egg white and beat it a little with a fork to destroy the structure of the protein.
5. Put the cut out drawing on a boiled egg and glue it on top with a brush dipped in protein.
This is how we decorate the whole egg.
It is best to use decorative napkins with a white or light background.
6. After decorating the whole egg, put it on a plate and let it dry.
7. Alternatively, you can decorate the egg by wrapping it completely in a napkin. To do this, put the napkin on the egg and start applying the protein, starting from the middle of the napkin and moving towards the edges. When half of the egg is already decorated with a napkin, turn it over in your hand. We bring all the edges of the napkin together and cut off the excess napkin with scissors. On this side, we also glue the napkin with protein.
8. After all the eggs are dry, grease them with a small amount of sunflower oil, this will give them a beautiful shine.
These are the colorful and unusual Easter eggs.
