Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my recipes! I would be grateful for your comments and subscriptions!
There are many options for making pies with apples - after all, this is one of the most affordable fruits that is used in baking.
Today I want to bring to your attention one of these options - soft, tender apple pie with a thin crispy sugar crust from above.
Making such a cake is easy, and I think many housewives will want to add this recipe to their cookbook.
Cooking ingredients:
Butter - 50 g
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Sugar (in dough) - 70 g and 2 tbsp. l for sprinkling
Milk - 150 ml
Vanillin
Salt - 1/4 tsp l.
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Flour - 180-200 g
Apples - 3-4 pcs. or somewhere around 500 g
You can also add some lemon zest if you like.
Let's start cooking ...
Break the egg into a bowl, add sugar, a little vanillin or vanilla sugar, salt and beat with a mixer at low speed until a fluffy light mass. If lemon is available, you can add a little lemon zest (1/2 tsp. l.).
Now melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove, cool to room temperature and add about 2/3 of the total amount to the egg mixture. And pour in milk, mix with a mixer for literally 1-2 minutes.
Sift the flour together with a baking powder and a spatula, mix.
Peel the apples from the core (remove the peel as desired) and cut into thin slices.
Grease the baking dish with a small amount of butter or vegetable oil, pour in the dough, put apple slices on top.
Now we take the remaining melted butter and gently pour over the surface of the cake, sprinkle with sugar on top (you will need about 1-2 tbsp. l.).
We bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cool the finished pie right in the form, and then transfer it to a plate and cut into portions. Baking turns out just amazing - soft, airy, infinitely tender inside, with a crispy caramel crust on top. Cook, taste, enjoy your tea!
