Ingredients:
1. Sauerkraut - a handful
2. Cranberries - 1 tablespoon
3. Green onion - bunch
4. Cucumber - 1 pc (for freshness, but without it)
5. Zira - a pinch
6. Lemon - slice
Preparation
We took sauerkraut from the refrigerator, put it in a cup and refined it with additional ingredients.
They added a chopped cucumber to it, sprinkled with a green onion, cranberries, threw in cumin, squeezed lemon juice instead of butter and sauces.
