Today I want to share a recipe for pies that do not absorb oil when frying. They turn out to be not greasy at all, I pour oil into the pan once and fry all the pies without adding. The dough itself is prepared in a "smart way", I mix everything and you can start frying, and on the bite, the pies are not inferior to yeast pies.

Recipe:
For the test:
Egg -1pc.
Salt -1 / 2 tsp
Sour cream -2c.l.
Kefir -500 ml.
Soda -1 tsp
Flour -600-700gr.
Carrot filling for pies:
Carrots -400gr.
Sugar -2 tbsp
Apples -2pcs.
Walnuts are a handful.
Lemon juice -2-3 tbsp.
Butter -20gr.
Eggs with onions:
Green onions - 1 bunch
Eggs -6 pcs.
Salt -1 / 3 tsp.
COOKING METHOD

The dough is prepared simply:
break the egg into the miku, add sour cream, salt and kefir at room temperature.
Mix flour with soda and add to kefir.
Kneading soft dough
remove the dough and stand for 15 minutes while preparing the fillings
