Since I started yesterday about Easter, will I continue with the Easter recipe today? IMHO, if the family has children - or you plan to have guests with children on this day - these cupcakes will be a wonderful decoration of the table
And if there are no children, too.
They look cool. And very Easter. I don’t know about you, for me Easter and Christmas are happy holidays. Perhaps the only religious holidays when everyone remembers is that religion is about the good around us and in ourselves, and not about hatred, constant hissing towards others, and so on.
And such little things - very elegant - just create the feeling of a holiday.
Cooking is very easy.
For the test we take:
A couple of eggs;
Margarine or butter - 75 grams;
Good flour - 75 grams;
Sugar - 75 grams;
Baking powder for the dough (calculate yourself how much of yours is needed for such an amount of flour, because I noticed that different manufacturers recommend different dosages);
A bag of vanilla sugar or vanillin;
Cocoa - optional;
How we cook:
First, we begin to conjure. We take a dozen eggs and release all the contents from them, carefully cutting or breaking the tops. I just didn't succeed, but there are talents who manage to make a straight cut.
We clean the large shell from the film inside, rinse and let it dry from water (you can dry it with a hairdryer).
Next, we build egg holders on a baking sheet - a kind of foil cuffs. But if you have a baking sheet with muffin tins, you can do it easier - pour peas, rice or buckwheat into the molds - in general, any cereals.
Now we knead the dough, if we took cocoa, we divide it into two parts and mix in one cocoa (well, or two portions knead, or just make chocolate dough - here it is for your taste), and fill the shells with it by about half. It is more convenient - from a confectionery bag or a syringe. And we put the shells in cuffs or in molds filled with cereals - so that they stand upright.
We bake at a temperature of 160-180 degrees for about 5-20 minutes. We take out, decorate and voila! Eggs muffins. Before eating a cupcake, it must be peeled like an egg. Children are delighted (and adults too).
