Oven potatoes baked according to this recipe are perfect as a main course and as a side dish. It is very simple to prepare, but it turns out hearty and fragrant potatoes in the oven, it looks delicious, and it smells just amazing!

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 70 gr cheese
  • 120 bacon or brisket
  • 1 onion
  • 20 g butter
  • salt to taste

Steps

  • 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, prick with a fork over the entire surface, salt, wrap in foil and send to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 60-90 minutes until cooked. Readiness can be checked with a toothpick.
    2. Finely chop the onion, bacon (brisket) into strips.
    3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

4. Fry bacon or brisket to melt fat. When the bacon (brisket) is golden, add the onion and fry until golden brown. If there is little melted fat, add some vegetable oil.
5. Cut the top of the potato lengthwise. Take out the middle with a teaspoon.

6. Mash the center of potatoes with a crush, add butter, cheese, onion and bacon, salt and mix.
7. Stuff potatoes and send to bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.


8. Serve hot potatoes, sprinkle with herbs on top if desired. a source
