On my channel, I talked almost online about how the process of my weight loss went, I am now telling how I gradually move from a deficit to my calorie norm, I share a menu for the day and recipes for dishes from my diet harmony.

Now I am on weight maintenance and I successfully manage it with the help of nutritional control.

I would like to continue the topic of restoring motivation to lose weight.

Yesterday in the article I already talked about the most important thing - about realistic goals. Having set an achievable, realistic goal and achieved it - your self-esteem and motivation will increase and give an impetus to act further.

It is very important and clear to understand why you need to lose weight.

Surely you have not just decided to lose weight, there are reasons and each of us is individual:

  • from the ability to buy the clothes you like to sad health predictions.
  • perhaps your goal will appeal to a young man or get a new promising job, where the appearance is assessed.

Reasons to lose weight should also form the basis of your motivation and they are all good if they lead to the goal.

But the main reason to lose weight, in my opinion, should be to improve your health. We do not immediately begin to understand and appreciate health and sometimes it is very difficult to return it, so it is worth thinking about maintaining it as early as possible.

A good option to find a reason / reason to lose weight is to make a list of pros and cons in writing, on a piece of paper, to visually highlight all the pros and cons:

  • the pros are what you can get when you lose weight,
  • cons - these are the difficulties associated with being overweight that you are currently facing.

And to lose weight comfortably without hunger, breakdowns will help you control nutrition by counting KBZHU (calories, proteins, fats, carbohydrates)

This is the only way that helped me understand my mistakes in previous weight loss experience, understand the principles of losing weight and slowly, without harm to my health, lose weight. At the same time, I ate deliciously, satisfyingly and still adhere to the food I came to, I control it so as not to gain weight again.

Breakfast - 200 g of yogurt pancakes with 30 g of sour cream and 20 g of date syrup.

It turned out to be a very hearty and tasty breakfast for 450 kcal.

Recently I have come to love yogurt and am experimenting with it. It all started with a yoghurt pie - soufflé, then I got gorgeous yoghurt pancakes, and yesterday another experiment - yogurt pancakes, which resemble syrniki in their consistency. I will share the recipe a little later, if someone is interested.

I had a snack today with an apple - 140g and a marshmallow (30 g) with tea - 180 kcal.

I had lunch with chicken broth (420 g - weight with meat!) With TSP noodles (50 g).

It turned out lunch for 275 kcal.

And after lunch I drank tea with a candy (20 g) - 50 kcal.

For dinner today, once again, salad, so I fell in love with it and I want to eat and eat it. A salad with cucumbers (100 g), fried Adyghe cheese (120 g), lettuce (15 g), shrimps (100 g), seasoned with 5 g of oil.

Having considered the approximate KBZhU for the day, I realized that I did not have enough proteins and fats. I twisted, twisted, thought what else to eat, so that I could gain calorie content and proteins with fats.

That's a marvelous wonder, isn't it? Do not give up food, but rather choose to eat more! That's how good it is to lose weight on the basis of KBZHU and maintain weight😉

And shrimps came to my aid! They were brought to me just successfully today. I added shrimps to the salad and it turned out to be a dinner for 425 kcal.

And in order to finally get proteins and fats - 3 hours before bedtime I drank coffee with milk (50 g) and cheese (60 g) - 255 kcal.

And delicious (I really like the combination of coffee and cheese) and BJU is normal.

The final calorie content of my day was 1635 kcal. B - 107, F - 70

U - 134. Almost perfect KBZHU for me today.

I do not forget about the drinking regimen (30 ml of water per 1 kg of body weight).

All delicious, comfortable weight loss and weight maintenance!
