Ingredients: Egg noodles, - Chicken breast, - Carrots, - Onion, Bulgarian red pepper, Mushrooms, Green onions - for serving, Sesame seeds - for serving, Teriyaki sauce, Vegetable oil - for frying
Cooking method:
Wash the chicken breast, pat dry with paper towels and cut into strips (medium size). Onion cut into cubes, carrots into strips, champignons into half rings, pepper into strips.
Put the chicken breast on a preheated Wok (pan), simmer (it will release moisture) for just a couple of minutes and add the onion. Simmer for a couple of minutes and add carrots. Then we spread the mushrooms, simmer here for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then comes the bell pepper. Everything is cooked on medium heat.
After the moisture has dissolved, fry the breast with vegetables for about 5 minutes. Then add the teriyaki sauce and fry for another 5 minutes.
While the chicken breast with vegetables is being prepared, add the egg noodles to the preheated and salted water and cook for 3 minutes. Drain the water and spread to the chicken with vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly.
Decorate with green onions and sesame seeds. Bon Appetit!
