You can jump from diet to diet as much as you like, but until we understand what our mistakes are, we will not achieve a stable result.
Often in our head there are some barriers that prevent us not only from losing weight, but even getting on the path, trying to change ourselves and our lifestyle.
One of these barriers is unwillingness to strain and do something for yourself.
Yes, many in our time have a fast pace of life, constant fatigue, a lot of things to do, and against the background of all this - unwillingness to take responsibility for their health.
And there is nothing better than overusing the so-called "fast food":
- various purchased semi-finished products (cutlets, cabbage rolls, meatballs, etc.),
- sausages, sausages,
- various canned food,
- all kinds of sweets, pies, buns,
- fast food.
All this can be easily and quickly prepared, eaten, and such food is firmly included in the diet on an ongoing basis, replacing homemade food. No time to cook - I'll buy ready-made food and heat it up.
However, such a diet will not only not bring us health, but also turn it into a dream to see a slender figure in the mirror.
If your health, appearance, normal weight are important to you, you need to wean yourself from ready-made food, fast food, foods with refined carbohydrates and not consume them on an ongoing basis.
As a way out, you can find time and:
- prepare homemade dumplings, cutlets, cabbage rolls, meatballs and so on, freezing them and taking them out as needed,
- freeze mixtures of seasonal vegetables, which can be quickly stewed as a side dish,
- in the evening, prepare breakfast, which can be warmed up in the morning or steamed whole grain porridge in the evening.
- prepare healthy snacks for yourself for a week in the form of nuts, dried fruits, spreading them into portioned packages.
Love yourself, take the time for yourself by sacrificing the time you spend on social networks, watching TV.

I had breakfast with sandwiches on whole grain bread (60 g) with butter (15 g) and 50 g of cheese. I drank coffee with milk (50 g).
It turned out breakfast for 490 kcal.
For a snack I have 250 g of orange and while working with tea I ate 25 g of chocolate.
Out on a snack 225 kcal.
Sometimes people ask how to calculate the calorie content of fruits with pits and peels, which we do not eat.
β We weigh the fruit, eat it and turn on the logic: we weigh the skin and bones (if they have significant weight, and not tiny apple) and subtract from the original weight of the fruit everything that is in food did not work. The resulting result is recorded in the calorie counter.
Today I dined with fish soup, which I cooked on the tail and back of the trout, which went into salting.
Lunch: a bowl of soup (450 g) with whole grain bread (25 g) and tomato (120 g) went out on 235 kcal
For dinner in the evening I cooked fish cakes, cut a salad.
My dinner is 200 g of fish cakes, vegetable salad (total weight of vegetables 200 g), seasoned with 2 g of olive oil and 25 g of whole grain bread.
Dinner for 445 kcal.
In addition, during the day, I ate 25 g of nuts - 170 kcal.
The total calorie content of the day was 1560. B - 80, F - 78, U - 127.
Remember to drink my water rate. Why do you need to drink water? Everyone talks about the need to drink enough water because it is necessary, because it is useful. Why is it necessary?
Because:
- water is a conductor of nutrients and an assistant for their assimilation,
- water removes harmful substances from the body,
- water removes stagnant fluid from the body and starts metabolic processes,
- water improves the condition of our hair, nails and skin,
- water improves digestion,
- water promotes joint health,
- water fights headache.
If you are not yet accustomed to drinking enough water, get used to it, gradually increasing the amount of water you drink a little every day.
It is helpful to start your day with a glass of water on an empty stomach. Also, drink a glass of water 15-20 minutes before meals.
