I cover the dough with cling film or a towel. I leave it for about an hour. I usually preheat the oven slightly and put the dough in there for 30 minutes. Fits quickly and very well.

Raisins can be added to the dough if desired. You need to do this now. I poured boiling water over the raisins in advance and dried them. I add a little flour so that the raisins are evenly distributed over the dough.

I spread the dough into shapes. I have molds with a diameter of 10 cm. (I put the dough up to half the form, there will be very high cakes).

You can take 3 forms and put the dough 1/3 in height. It will be great. I don't touch the dough with my hands!
