We make tasty and healthy apple fiber (healthy malic acids, sugars, pectin), which helps to normalize the digestive tract and raises the general mood!

Ingredients:

Dried apples - 1 glass

Preparation

In the fall, dried apples (they are well stored in fabric bags and cardboard boxes). When cutting apples, you do not even need to remove the middle, because it is believed that the apple contains all the most valuable in the bones (iodine for the thyroid gland).

We took dried fruits (our apples), examined, removed excess garbage (if there was any), poured it into the blender container (in a saw-knife) or in a coffee grinder (if the apples are dried with centers, then it is advisable to use the device more powerful).

Chopped dried apples were chopped for about a minute (no middle ones are even felt). Poured into a box and use a handful every day, washed down with warm water (usually the stool is noticeably normalized). Good mood to all of us, friends!
