- avocado - 1 pc.
- cream cheese - 100 g
- salted red fish - 50-100 g
- fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
- apple cider vinegar (lemon juice) - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt - 1/3 tsp l.
- parsley
Step by step recipe
1. Let's prepare the filling.
Cut 1 ripe avocado in half and remove the pit. Separate the avocado flesh from the rind with a spoon. Cut each half of the avocado in half lengthwise and cut into slices.
2. Put the prepared avocado into the chopper.
Pour about 1 tbsp on the avocado. l. apple cider vinegar or lemon juice and pour in ⅓ tsp. salt. Add 100 g of cream cheese to this. Grind everything until smooth.
3. We transfer the cream to a culinary bag with a closed asterisk attachment. We put the cream in baskets on one side. From this amount of ingredients, approximately 20 tartlets are obtained.
4. We take about 100 g of salted red fish and cut it into slices. We roll each piece of salmon into a roll, imitating a rose.
5. We put red fish roses on the side in each tartlet.
6. Cut the cucumber into slices. Cut the cucumber circles in half.
7. Insert one piece of cucumber and a leaf of parsley into each tartlet from the side. The baskets are ready, you can serve.
