Today I want to share a recipe for fish in the oven under an onion fur coat in the simplest way, I always cook the easiest way, but the result exceeds all expectations, you can use any fish, it turns out delicious from any, even pollock turns out incredible taste.

Recipe:
fish fillet - 500g
onion -1-2pcs
cheese -50g
salt to taste
black pepper - to taste
mayonnaise to taste
COOKING METHOD
We take pollock and separate the fillet from it, you can take a ready-made fillet, everything is at your discretion.
Cut a large onion into cubes and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil, until translucent and light golden brown.
we take a suitable baking sheet, grease with oil, cut the pollock into portioned pieces, put on a baking sheet, at a distance from each other, now add some salt to the fish, you can pepper. Put fried onions on each piece and grease with mayonnaise.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, I have Parmesan and put it on each piece of fish.
We put in a preheated oven and cook at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Now we take it out of the oven and serve with any side dish, adding a vegetable salad.
