Do you still think that you should punish yourself for being overweight and lose weight by starving, limiting yourself in everything? You cannot achieve a long-term result, you yourself know that. And I know this, because I went through a sea of โ€‹โ€‹diets. My whole life is a cycle of diets.

But every time we lose weight on the next diet, there is a return to the usual diet, on which we again gain weight.

It is necessary to understand that the lifestyle that led us to excess weight will over and over again nullify all the results of diets.

Only controlling your eating behavior, changing your eating habits, changing your lifestyle will give results and help you maintain the weight you need for a long time.

For me, the best way to lose weight and change my lifestyle has become calorie counting and a small deficit.

Having started to control your food and cook less high-calorie meals, you will immediately feel how you begin to transform, how it becomes easier.

Even having stopped simply pouring a sea of โ€‹โ€‹oil into the pan in order to fry food, replacing mayonnaise with sour cream or yogurt, spreading on a thin slice of bread is not half a pack of butter, but only 10 g or even replacing butter with curd cheese - you will already decently reduce your calorie content food.

Losing weight is tasty and satisfying is possible, you just need to reconsider the methods of cooking, cook less high-calorie (but not to the detriment of taste) and stick to a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

The other day, in the comments, there was a conversation that clothes are a very good indicator that the process of losing weight is going on, volumes go away despite the fact that the weight is here and there.
I don't know if it will be clearly visible from the photo, but I will give an example of a collage:
The photo on the right is the end of June, the photo on the left is on 8 August.
The dress is new, bought by the summer and at first it was tightly buttoned up, because it was bought "for growth" (or rather the opposite๐Ÿ˜‰).
The husband said the last time when he wore the dress that it became too big, and I myself I feel it, because I even zip it loosely and even crawled into it without opening the zipper (accidentally out... ๐Ÿ˜‚). And the weight is not particularly gone.
So once again - weight is not the main guideline. You have to look at both weight and volume, and even how the clothes fit on you.

I'll tell you about my day and show the menu.

Today for breakfast I again have a lazy khachapuri and again cooked it for the whole family. Well, who would refuse such a treat?

Although we have a mini vacation, we also have to work, and there are things that need to be redone. So Tuesday is not a very interesting day, we didnโ€™t go for a walk anywhere, the weather turned bad and you shouldnโ€™t even think about the beach.

After breakfast, I immediately sat down at the computer in order to solve urgent issues, and then I have a few hours out of the day - today is my beauty day.

While working, I ate figs (90 g) - 45 kcal.

I had a snack early, because by 11 o'clock I had to leave the house.

For a snack, cucumber (150 g) with curd cheese (20 g) and lightly salted trout (50 g).

It turned out to be a snack for 200 kcal.

For lunch there was a quick soup of canned pink salmon (450 g), 35 g of bread - 210 kcal and 160 g eggplant julienne - 150 kcal.

Total for lunch turned out 360 kcal.

By the evening I didn't want to bother with food. I just wanted to cook something a lot, tasty and for everyone to eat, and even enough for a single day.

So I decided to cook a huge stewpan stew with chicken breast and potatoes.

My dinner - 300 g stew with potatoes and chicken breast - 300 kcal.

3 hours before bedtime I drank green tea with dried mango on 100 kcal.

As a result, my day turned out to be 1405 kcal.

I don't forget to drink water, take care of my skin, helping it to tone up after losing weight. And of course - physical education and an active lifestyle will always help you lose weight.

Don't forget about skin care?

  • scrubs,
  • self-massage (vacuum jars are good, they cost a penny),
  • home wraps,
  • drop a drop of oils A and E into the cream.

I really like the scrub I make myself. For one procedure I take coarse coffee (2 tablespoons, I buy the cheapest specially for scrub coffee), mix with shower gel (about 2 tbsp) and drip any citrus essential oil (several drops). With this scrub, I scrub the skin for several minutes and rinse it off. Amazing effect - baby's skin ะบะพะถะฐ.
