Stuffed eggs are easy to prepare and always a win-win snack on the festive table and every day.
There are tons of options for filling eggs. I offer you my own unusual version of the filling from the available products that are in every refrigerator. Such stuffed eggs are prepared very simply. Even a child can handle it!

Ingredients:
- boiled eggs - 6 pcs.
- sausage (ham) - 100 g
- sweet red pepper - 1/2 pc.
- sweet yellow pepper - 1/2 pc.
- tomato - 1/2 pc.
- green olives - 1 can
- green onions - bunch
- ground sweet paprika - 1/2 tsp l.
- ground black pepper - to taste
- mayonnaise (unsweetened yogurt) - 2 tbsp. l.
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the filling.
Cut 100 g of sausage or ham into small cubes.
Chop a small bunch of green onions.
2. 6 boiled eggs, cut in half. We carefully remove all the yolks.
3. Knead the yolks with a fork. Add chopped sausage and green onions to the prepared yolks. Pour 0.5 tsp here. ground red sweet paprika. Pepper with black pepper.
4. We fill with about 1-2 tbsp. mayonnaise and mix until smooth. You can use thick, unsweetened yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
5. Fill the egg whites with the prepared filling. put the filling on the eggs with a small slice. This filling is just enough for 12 egg halves.
6. Preparing the decoration.
Take 1 red bell pepper and cut off the top and bottom of it. Cut out the seed box. Cut half the pepper into thin cubes.
7. Then we cut these blocks into small cubes.
Likewise, cut a half of yellow pepper into small cubes.
8. Put the prepared pieces of red pepper on top of the stuffed eggs. Using this method, we decorate 6 halves.
Decorate the remaining 6 halves of the stuffed eggs with slices of yellow pepper.
9. Put the cooked eggs in a circle on a dish. To make it more beautiful, we alternate colors.
10. To decorate the dish, prepare a tomato flower.
Cut 1 medium-sized tomato in half lengthwise. Cut half the tomato into thin slices. The thinner the plates, the more convenient it will be to wrap the rose.
We distribute the plastics by forming a tape from them.
11. Gently fold the ribbon into a flower.
12. We rearrange the rosette in the center of the dish.
Put green olives around the flower.
The dish is ready, you can serve it on the table.
