📕Ingredients for making salad: 🥙

Chicken hearts - 500-600 g
Cucumber (long) - 1 pc.
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Onions - 1 pc.
Table vinegar - 2 tbsp l.
Water - 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar - 1 tsp l.
Salt - 0.5 tsp l.
Ground black pepper - a pinch
Mayonnaise - for dressing.

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

First of all, we take chicken hearts, rinse them, clean them, put them in a saucepan, fill them with hot water, add a little salt and set them to cook. You can also add bay leaves and a few black peppercorns to the pot. Cook until tender for about 40 minutes. Remove the finished hearts from the broth, cool completely, cut into neat strips and pour into a deep bowl.

In the meantime, the chicken hearts are boiling, we have time to prepare all the other ingredients, chop the onion in half rings or quarters, put it in a small bowl. Pour in vinegar and water, add salt and sugar. Mix everything well and leave to marinate for about 10-15 minutes.

We also cut the fresh cucumber into strips, not too thinly, and then when the hearts are already prepared, we send it to the same bowl.

Cool hard-boiled eggs, peel and rub on a coarse grater, right into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients already prepared.

Squeeze the pickled onions from the marinade and put them in a bowl as well.

It remains only to add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise to the salad, salt and pepper it to taste. And mix the salad well.
