Today I remain free calories, some of which I have decided to take on dried mango to green tea and let it be in the evening. By the way, I have not afraid of carbohydrates in the afternoon. Experience shows that it is not specifically for me there is nothing wrong with a small amount of carbohydrates evening.

As a result, the day I turned to 1155 kcal.
I decided that today let it be and do not become to gather throughout the day to 1200-1300 kcal.

I know that many dieters have problems with stretched skin, especially recently complained to the skin under the chin. I, of course, the problem is not bypassed, but pleased that virtually no visible weight loss effects (still ongoing care effect).
But I do not get tired to look for new effective ways. And it seems to me that one of them I found.
