Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share the recipe chocolate cake "without problems" for Easter. Children especially love this cake, it is mega chocolate. Kulich, by the way, is without yeast and is cooked together with baked goods in 1 hour.

Recipe:

butter -130g

sugar -150g

salt -1 / 3 tsp.

vanillin -1 pack

eggs -4pcs

milk -180g

flour -300g

cocoa powder -70g

baking powder -12g

chocolate -90g

for glaze on gelatin:

icing sugar -100g

gelatin -1 tsp

water -4 tbsp. (2 tablespoons in gelatin and 2 tablespoons in powdered sugar)

COOKING METHOD

We take 130 grams of soft butter, add 150 grams of sugar and beat with a mixer until fluffy. Now add 4 eggs, gradually. First add 1 egg, beat with butter, then add 2 and so 4 eggs.

Now pour in milk 180 ml, mix. Let's measure out 300 grams of flour, add 1 pack of baking powder, I have 12 grams in a pack and add 70 grams of cocoa powder. Stir and add to the egg-oil mixture. Here is the dough, now we chop 1 bar of chocolate with a knife, I have milk.

Add to the dough and mix. The dough is ready. We take cake molds, grease with oil and fill with dough about a little more than half of the mold.

We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden skewer, if the skewer is dry, then the cakes are ready. We take out and let cool.

Let's prepare the frosting, I suggest the frosting on gelatin. Milking the beginning, fill the gelatin with water for 1 tsp. L, according to the instructions. I have an instant one, I pour 2 tablespoons of hot water, add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Now we take powdered sugar 100 grams, add 2 tablespoons of hot water, mix and put on fire. As the bubbles begin to appear, remove from the heat and add the prepared gelatin, mix and begin to beat with a mixer until the mass in volume increases, whitening and thickening. Approximately this should be the icing.

I do not recommend doing it in advance, as it quickly freezes. Now we put on the Easter cakes and sprinkle with sprinkles. We leave it until it hardens, by the way it hardens quickly for about 10 minutes. Does not crumble when cutting and does not stick.

This cake has a rich chocolate taste, pieces of chopped chocolate give it a special charm.
