A quick, beautiful and inexpensive snack for a festive table. Such rolls with sausage vegetables look very unusual on the table. They are prepared simply from the most affordable products that you have in your refrigerator.
Despite their simplicity, the vegetable rolls are delicious. They combine all products well. If desired, the filling of the rolls can be changed to your taste.
Such an appetizer will not take much time, but it looks very original on the table. This is a great solution for a one-bite buffet snack.
Ingredients:
- sausage or ham of large diameter (slicing) -14 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- pickled cucumber - 2-3 pcs.
- cheese - 80 g
- mayonnaise - 30 g
- green onions - bunch
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
First cut 80 g of cheese into slices. And then we cut the plates into pieces. The thickness of the blocks should be approximately 4-5 mm.
2. We also cut two small pickled cucumbers into cubes.
3. Cut one fresh carrot lengthwise into the same pieces as cheese and cucumber. Cut the carrots first into slices, and then into cubes.
4. We take about a liter of boiling water and put the prepared carrots in it. We leave it for 5-7 minutes. You do not need to put the stewpan over the fire. It took 5-7 minutes. We take out the carrot sticks from the water. The carrot has become aldente.
5. We take a small bunch of green onions and cut off the white part, we do not need it. Put the green part of the onion in hot water in which the carrots were just cooked. Hold the onion for about 10 seconds and remove it immediately. The bow becomes soft and does not break when tying.
If the feathers of the onion are wide, then it is advisable to divide them lengthwise into two or three parts.
6. Cut large slices of thinly sliced sausage or ham in half.
7. We put the prepared onion feather. On it is half a circle of sausage. Grease the sausage with mayonnaise. Put the carrot, cucumber and cheese cubes into the mix. I put 2 sticks of each ingredient.
8. We wrap the sausage in a roll. Tie the resulting roll with green onions. You can also fasten the roll with a skewer or a toothpick. Cut off the excess tails of the onion. The roll is ready. Using this method, we prepare all the rolls.
The appetizer of a roll with vegetables turned out to be very tasty. It looks beautiful on a festive table, it is easy to prepare and from available ingredients.
