Every autumn-winter, “health sellers” are activated in my Instagram feed - all kinds of stores and shops, stubbornly pushing jars of vitamin D at sky-high prices. If you believe them, this vitamin will save you from sadness, longing, depression, lack of sunlight, all sores and an empty wallet.

Once we almost bought into an advertisement, fortunately, a doctor we know stopped, who is sure - before prescribing vitamins, you need to know whether they are necessary or not. And here's what is surprising - despite the fact that in Moscow latitudes with the sun tense, and we eat, not to say that it is right, with the vitamin, we turned out to be all right.

Quite possibly due to the rather large amount of fish on the menu.

In fact, fish is a wonderful product - it perfectly replaces meat (red), and at the same time does not give such a tough load on the digestive system. Well, the plus in it is omega-3 and iodine.

No additives, vitamins, dietary supplements with these substances give such an effect as getting them in natural ways - with food. Even research on this topic came out -

The only but: for some reason, many of us do not like sea fish. They make a lot of claims against it - starting from the fact that it comes to us "not fresh" - they say, we are far from the sea, and ending with the "fishy smell".

IMHO, this opinion will change if you cook the fish correctly. So today - one of my favorite recipes - sea fish with walnuts, herbs and cheese.

We take:

• Directly the fish itself (I had a dorado) - by the number of eaters, there is a fish per serving

• Butter

• Grated hard cheese

• Rosemary

• Lime zest and juice

• Seasonings (to taste) and salt

• Walnuts

How we cook:

We clean the fish, cut it, salt a little. Push rosemary sprigs into her belly

Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

We spread it on the fish so that most of the mixture gets into the cuts

Well, now in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes maximum - so that it does not become tough, you must not overdo it with the cooking time.
