Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe for Tasty Hot, which can also be served on the festive table. Mackerel delicious "in Norwegian" - this is the most delicious recipe from mackerel, mackerel in this way surprises with its taste: it turns out to be very tender, unusually aromatic and incredibly tasty. Try it and see for yourself, the more it is very simple to prepare.

Recipe:

Mackerel s / m - 1.3 kg

Flour - for boning

salt -1 / 2 tsp.

black pepper - to taste

cream -500ml

dill -1 bunch (50g)

For mashed potatoes:

peeled potatoes -1kg

salt -1 tsp

butter -50g

vegetable oil -30g

bay leaf -2-3pcs

allspice peas -5-6pcs

seasoning for potatoes -1 / 2-1 tsp.

water -500ml

COOKING METHOD

We defrost fresh-frozen mackerel at me, the weight of mackerel is 1 kg 300 g, I usually do not defrost it completely, then it is easier to cut it into fillets.


Cut off the heads, remove the insides, now first separate one part of the fillet, then the second. You can remove the peel if you wish, I do not take it off, I like it even more with it than without it. The weight of the finished fillet I got a little more than 800 grams.

Cut the fillet into 2-3 parts, add half a teaspoon of salt, black pepper to taste, mix.
Dip the fish in flour, I do it with the help of a bag.
We take a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and put the fish, fry until golden brown on both sides, remove from heat and so fry all the fish.

Cut the dill bunch.
We take a deep frying pan, I take a wok, pour cream 500 ml, today I have homemade cream with a fat content of more than 40%, when I do not have homemade I use any fat content, usually 20%
Add dill, a little salt, mix black pepper and boil for 5 minutes.

Now add the fried mackerel and simmer under the lid for another 5 minutes over low heat.

While the mackerel is being cooked, at the same time we are preparing a side dish, today I have mashed potatoes called The Most Delicious, it is prepared in an unusual way.
