✨Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my recipes! I would be grateful for your comments and subscriptions!
✅👌 Mackerel is the richest source of Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, a number of vitamins and minerals. In addition, this fish has excellent taste and few large bones! This fish can be used to prepare a wide variety of dishes and diversify your daily menu.
Today I want to share with you an excellent recipe for juicy fish in a very interesting and easy to prepare marinade.
✨I first tried such a dish a week ago, and now I will definitely cook it for my guests. Try it and you are sure you will like it! 🥰
📕 For cooking you will need: 🥙
Fresh frozen mackerel - 2-3 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp l.
Lemon - half
Ground sweet paprika - 1/2 tbsp. l.
Smoked paprika ground - 1/2 tbsp. l.
Ground black pepper - 1-2 pinches
Ground ginger - 1/2 tsp l.
Salt to taste
👨🏻🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️
I wash the previously thawed mackerel, remove the fins, gut and cut the fillets into halves, without removing the skin. We put it in a bowl.
And now we are preparing the marinade. In a small bowl on a fine grater, rub the zest from the lemon half, squeeze the juice from this half here, add all the spices - ginger, paprika, black pepper.
Pour in vegetable oil and soy sauce.
Stir everything thoroughly - and the marinade is ready! At this stage, you can taste it and add salt if necessary. It's just that soy sauce comes in different concentrations and, accordingly, is more or less salty. But you need to salt it carefully so as not to overdo it!
Pour the mackerel fillet with the prepared marinade. And leave it at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes. Periodically turn the fish over and grease it with marinade so that it is soaked more evenly.
Roll each pickled mackerel fillet into a roll and place it on a wooden skewer for baking. You can prick 2-3 pieces. on one stick.
Now take a rimmed baking sheet or some suitable baking dish and lay it out with foil (shiny side out). Now we take the fish skewers and put them in the mold. Pour the remnants of the marinade and send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
We bake for 25-30 minutes, depending on the characteristics of the oven and the size of the fillets. We take out the browned kebabs and serve immediately!

Mackerel turns out to be very juicy, tasty and aromatic. I recommend serving vegetables or rice as a side dish. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
