Sauerkraut salad with potatoes

Ingredients: Small potatoes (boiled in their skins, and even better baked in the oven), sauerkraut, red onion, cranberry, sunflower oil (or sesame), green onion

Cooking method:

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the sauerkraut and potato salad. Potatoes should be cold by the time they are cooked. Ideally, of course, use homemade sauerkraut, but if there is none, choose one that does not contain sugar and dyes in the composition. Rinse green onion feathers under running water.

Peel potatoes and cut into pieces. The size of the cut of the ingredients is only a matter of taste.

Add sauerkraut to the bowl, after draining the brine from the jar. I have cabbage fermented immediately with carrots.

Peel and finely chop the onion. For beauty, I used a red onion. But white is fine too.

Finely chop green onions for flavor and even more savory taste.

Now the salad can be slightly salted and seasoned with sunflower oil from roasted seeds. It is more fragrant and ideal for just such simple, but very tasty dishes. Very tasty with sesame oil 😋😋😋
