And so we proceed. to begin with, put the rice to boil, wash 100 grams of rice well, put it in a saucepan, pour 150 ml of water, put it on the fire, as the water is absorbed, remove it from the heat, the rice does not need to be brought to readiness.
Now let's get to the cabbage, you can use the microwave, but I still like water more, so I separate in the traditional way, in a head of cabbage I make cuts near the stump, put the cabbage in boiling water, give it a little boil there and start separate the leaves. We put the leaves in a colander.
Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. We take a frying pan, pour in some vegetable oil, fry the onion first until light golden, then add the carrots and fry everything together for a couple of minutes.
We take minced meat 500 grams any mixed with me, put prepared rice, fried carrots with onions. Be sure to pour in 150 ml of milk or water. Add salt, half a teaspoon, black pepper. The stuffing for cabbage rolls is ready.
We take the prepared sheet, cut off the thickening if any, put the minced meat and wrap it in an envelope.
Now that the cabbage rolls are ready, put them in a deep roasting pan or saucepan.
Fill with water, so that they are not all in the water, about 500 ml. You can add broth instead of water, it will be even tastier.
Put the bay leaf, close the lid and cook over low heat for 40 minutes.
Prepare the filling, put 150 grams of sour cream, add 1-2 tbsp. add half a teaspoon of tomato paste. salt black pepper, mix.
After 40 minutes, we distribute sour cream with tomato paste over the cabbage rolls and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Now we put stuffed cabbage rolls in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
The cabbage rolls are ready, serve to the table. The cabbage itself is unusually tasty, it is well stewed, soaked in meat! The cabbage turns out to be very tasty, and the filling is juicy and tender.
