Rice for this recipe is very easy to cook and is a much tastier than in conventional cooking.

Recipe for Rice with onions and carrots in the oven
Ingredients:
Rice - 200 gr.
Water - 400 ml.
Butter - 20-30 gr.
Onion - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
1/2 tsp salt
Black pepper - to taste
Garlic on request - 2-3 tooth.
Preparation:
Onion we shall cut cubes.
Carrots grate.
The pan pour a few tablespoons of oil and fry the onion until translucent, add the carrots and fry all together for another couple of minutes.
Form of grease with butter.
Put the carrots and onions.
Add 200 grams. washed rice.
Mix and spread the form.
Add 20-30 grams. butter, black pepper, half teaspoon salt.
You can add a couple of cloves of garlic.
Fill 400ml boiling water.
Close the foil and put in preheated oven.
Cooking for 35 minutes at 200 degrees, turning off and let stand for 10 minutes.
We take out the form, remove the foil, stir.
