✅👌 Any fish, even with dry fillets, for example, pollock, can be cooked very juicy and incredibly tasty! You just need to choose the right additional ingredients in the dish for this fish.

Today I want to bring to your attention an easy way to cook tasty and healthy fish. There is no need to fry or fry anything here, and in general, all preparation is only to chop 2 vegetables.

📕Ingredients for cooking: 🥙

Pollock fillet (or notothenia or cod) - 500 g
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Onions - 1 pc.
Milk cream (10%) - 200 ml
Butter (82.5%) - 20 g
Chicken egg (selected) - 1 pc.
Salt, black pepper - to taste.

Frozen fish fillets must be thawed. It is better to do this in advance by transferring it from the freezer to the refrigerator. So the fish thaws slowly (6-10 hours), but at the same time retains its structure and taste as much as possible. If there is less time left, put the fish on a plate and leave at room temperature until completely defrosted. Cut the defrosted fillet into portions. We put them in a heat-resistant form, sprinkle with salt and pepper. You can also take other seasonings.

Cut the peeled onions and bell peppers into small cubes.

First we spread a layer of onion on the fish, and then the bell pepper.

Almost done, all that remains is to prepare the cream filling. To do this, melt a small piece of butter in the microwave or on the stove.

Add an egg to it and fill it with cream.

Salt and season with pepper to taste, mix.

Pour the resulting mixture into a mold with fish and vegetables. We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

During the cooking process, the vegetables will lightly brown, and the pouring will seize.
